Responsibilities

Implement new features as part of an agile team while following coding standards.
Create detailed designs, lead architecture discussions and whiteboarding, and break work into tasks.
Lead design and code reviews and coordinate release management and bug triage.
Develop backend and frontend solutions using Java/J2EE, React.js, databases, and integration technologies.
Lead technical discussions with HealthEdge customers and identify appropriate solutions.
Perform bug fixing, configuration migrations, data loads, UAT support, and production-readiness tasks.
Author implementation operational information and related feed documentation.
Handle PHI and PII consistently with HealthEdge policies and procedures.

At least 9 years of development experience with Java/J2EE technologies.
Hands-on experience with XML, SOAP/WSDL web services, JMS, Spring, and SQL.
Experience with complex data analysis, data migrations, and software product integration into complex IT environments.
Experience writing or understanding reliable, scalable, reusable database queries or stored procedures.
Development experience on Linux and WebLogic Application Server.
Experience with integration middleware or ESB technologies such as iWay, Spring, or Apache Camel, and OSGI containers such as Apache Karaf.
Experience with design patterns, enterprise integration patterns, file transfers, messaging, routing, transforming, and enriching.
Experience with Bitbucket, JUnit, and Jenkins.
Proficiency with React.js, React Hooks, Props, Redux, Reducer frameworks, useQuery, useMutation, Context API, and TypeScript.
Knowledge of Kendo UI is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Excellent analysis, consulting, and communication skills.
Previous customer-facing experience on professional services engagements.
Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Travel is typically less than 10%.
