Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with emphasis on networking, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Build and manage Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows.
- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible and manage configuration automation.
- Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes-based deployments for microservices applications.
- Administer and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, including RDS, MongoDB, and Couchbase.
- Support VoIP and telephony infrastructure using Asterisk, Kamailio, and RTPEngine.
- Maintain Apache Kafka messaging and streaming platforms for real-time processing and integration.
- Improve monitoring and alerting with Datadog, Netscout, ELK, OpsGenie, and Slack.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployments and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, participate in on-call rotations, and support critical infrastructure.
- Create infrastructure documentation, share knowledge, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred, and equivalent combinations of education and relevant industry experience are considered.
- At least four years of experience in DevOps or a similar role focused on cloud infrastructure, automation, and complex environments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience with Chef or Ansible, Bitbucket or similar CI/CD tools, and Terraform infrastructure as code.
- Experience managing Docker and Kubernetes containerized applications.
- Experience managing relational and NoSQL databases such as RDS, MongoDB, and Couchbase.
- Understanding of Asterisk, Kamailio, RTPEngine, SIP, and related VoIP technologies.
- Experience with Datadog, Netscout, ELK, and Apache Kafka.
- Knowledge of security best practices, vulnerability management, static code analysis, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, collaboration, discretion, and confidentiality skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
- Preferred qualifications include high-availability telecommunications infrastructure experience, Cisco VoIP experience, and advanced Couchbase or MongoDB administration and optimization experience.
