Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions for enterprise consulting engagements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable digital engineering solutions using Salesforce platforms.
- Support solution design, integration considerations, and system enhancements aligned with client needs.
- Analyze processes, identify gaps, and apply consulting skills to drive technical solution delivery.
- Contribute to end-to-end Salesforce project execution with a focus on quality, reliability, and business value.
- Collaborate across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation in enterprise consulting engagements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and support solution design and integrations.
- Strong consulting, analytical, problem-solving, collaborative, adaptable, and creative capabilities.
