Base Salary
$210k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of recommendation models for music surfaces.
- Drive hands-on ML development to enhance recommendation quality.
- Adopt generative recommendation models in collaboration with ML and AI infrastructure teams.
- Promote best practices in ML systems development and experimentation.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Design teams to define success metrics and run A/B experiments.
- Integrate and test new signals in recommendation systems with Personalization teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning with expertise in statistics and optimization.
- Hands-on experience building production machine learning systems, preferably in personalization.
- Experience implementing ML systems in Java, Scala, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks like Apache Beam or Spark.
- Experience collaborating on complex ML projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Commitment to agile software processes and disciplined experimentation.
