Responsibilities

  • Research and develop generative AI-based machine learning models for image enhancement, restoration, and camera applications.
  • Design, train, and fine-tune diffusion models, GANs, autoregressive models, and VLMs.
  • Develop next-generation camera algorithms for iPhone and iPad.
  • Collaborate with GPU optimization and framework teams to integrate and deploy machine learning features into production.
  • Apply computer vision principles to image and video analysis and processing.
  • Present complex research and collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding and practical experience with generative AI architectures, including diffusion models, Generative Adversarial Networks, and autoregressive models.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Practical experience designing, training, and fine-tuning complex generative AI architectures is preferred.
  • Robust theoretical and practical foundation in computer vision, particularly image and video analysis and processing, is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving and technical communication skills are preferred.
  • Publication record in selective peer-reviewed conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH, NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR is preferred.
