Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive revenue.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment.
- Collaborate with large enterprises to understand and solve business challenges.
- Prototype new tools and features based on customer feedback.
- Experiment with the latest voice models for enterprise-grade integration.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- Ability to work directly with customers to address real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM systems and tools like React, TypeScript, and Go is a plus.
