Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards to support solution stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive ServiceNow solution architectures for complex client challenges.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications within ServiceNow.
- Manage the solution delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, technical teams, business stakeholders, and multiple teams to align solutions and support key decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage the team, make team decisions, and solve problems across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and strong expertise designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within ServiceNow.
- Skill in managing solution delivery across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on efficient and sustainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
