Responsibilities
- Lead technical consultants and developers on Blue Yonder SCPO implementations, enhancements, managed services, integrations, and custom projects.
- Estimate implementation workloads, assess business needs and integration complexity, and develop technical architectures and solutions.
- Conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams to define functional and technical requirements.
- Design and develop platform workflows, user interfaces, integration scripts, data mappings, data models, and data-loading processes.
- Provide technical support including design reviews, quality assurance, environment setup, software installation, configuration, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, and programming.
- Provide internal and external technical training and contribute to internal development projects.
- Lead implementation and steady-state support while creating reusable artifacts and automation to reduce delivery time and post-go-live errors.
- Travel to customer sites and work across overlapping time zones as business needs require.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities within existing customer projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- 12 to 20 years of software industry experience, ideally including progression from consulting to technical team leadership across 4 to 6 complete implementation cycles.
- Demonstrable experience with the Blue Yonder SCPO Platform and supply chain planning industry knowledge.
- Strong programming, problem-solving, performance tuning, benchmarking, and sizing skills.
- Technical expertise with PL/SQL, databases, Snowflake, ETL, platform development, and Python scripting.
- Experience leading, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise solutions in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Understanding of web technologies, API fundamentals, cloud and architectural design, microservices architecture, and multi-tenant systems.
- Hands-on development experience and ability to remain involved in development activities.
- Knowledge of Windows, Unix, RDBMS concepts, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience or knowledge in data science, data analytics, AI/ML, prompt engineering, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB, and NoSQL technologies is desired.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, documentation, planning, and multitasking skills.
