Responsibilities
- Present Razorpay’s value proposition during executive presentations and customer discovery sessions.
- Map Razorpay products and roadmap to customer requirements and design end-to-end payment architectures.
- Prepare functional scope documents, product requirement documents, and technical statements of work.
- Co-create banking and payment solutions with banks, card networks, and processors.
- Manage delivery of merchant-acquiring platforms covering payment gateways, transaction processing, settlements, and dispute management.
- Translate partner requirements into scalable technical solutions with business, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Support UAT, certification testing, SDLC tracking, and platform troubleshooting across issuing and acquiring frameworks.
- Manage relationships with bank leadership and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout long-term project lifecycles.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, product management, or platform delivery within digital payments, merchant acquiring, IT, or a financial institution.
- MBA graduate with a background in software technology and architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of payment products, merchant acquiring, payment gateways, transaction processing, card networks, settlements, and dispute workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with end-to-end transaction flows, SDLC processes, and system troubleshooting.
- Expertise in issuing and acquiring solutions for business partners.
- Experience with fintech companies or bank product/payments teams is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and security certifications is a strong plus.
- Strong documentation, executive presentation, stakeholder management, communication, adaptability, and conflict-resolution skills.
