Base Salary
$139k - $434k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery governance for Reinvention AI client deployments from mobilization and environment setup through integration validation and operational handover.
- Create delivery plans, milestone frameworks, dependency maps, risk registers, operating rhythms, executive reports, and escalation protocols.
- Lead client discovery and readiness assessments covering AWS accounts, VPC and networking, identity and SSO, DNS, model access, and security posture.
- Develop and improve deployment runbooks, operational playbooks, and reusable delivery artifacts based on engagement lessons learned.
- Partner with Platform Engineering to identify deployment gaps and drive automation and standardization.
- Facilitate risk escalations, go/no-go decisions, operational handovers, and other high-stakes client and leadership sessions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor program managers and senior engineers while coordinating resources across concurrent engagements.
- Serve as the primary North America FDE escalation point for delivery risks, stakeholder alignment, and execution blockers.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in technology delivery management, technical program management, or enterprise platform implementation, including cloud deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and cross-functional leadership.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, deploying, or operationalizing generative AI solutions involving prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or LLM fine-tuning.
- At least 1 year of experience implementing AI agent frameworks or agentic workflow integrations, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, or LLM-based automation pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an associate degree may qualify with at least 6 years of work experience.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform or OpenTofu, and GitHub Actions workflows.
- Preferred familiarity with Keycloak, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID for enterprise identity and SSO.
- PMP, SAFe Practitioner, equivalent program management certification, or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is preferred.
- Experience with LangGraph, Temporal.io, or MCP-based tool orchestration and prior forward-deployment or specialist implementation experience are preferred.
