Base Salary
$121k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and scale agentic AI/ML solutions, specialized workflows, and LLM-powered systems.
- Integrate AI agent frameworks with customer success, digital, and retail channel technologies.
- Translate architectural designs into reliable, scalable, production-grade code and collaborate on technical roadmaps.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and red-teaming exercises to improve model safety and reliability.
- Optimize model inference pipelines, API endpoints, and data integration layers for performance at consumer scale.
- Conduct technical research and rapid prototyping of emerging open-source and proprietary AI frameworks.
- Document technical specifications and create materials showcasing pilot performance results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience through work, military experience, or specialized training.
- At least one year of hands-on experience building, tuning, or integrating AI/ML models and LLM applications.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Preferred degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience developing end-to-end AI agents and RAG architectures with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Google ADK.
- Preferred experience with cloud-native technologies, API design, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred familiarity with enterprise AI integrations and performance management platforms such as Verint.
- Strong prioritization skills and experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
