Responsibilities
- Design and implement test strategies for Salesforce CPQ and integrated systems.
- Develop and execute risk-based test designs and own regression test packs.
- Conduct API contract and payload testing using Postman and SoapUI.
- Perform performance and security testing across Salesforce CPQ and integrated platforms.
- Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Manage defect triage, issue resolution tracking, and quality reporting.
- Test Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionality.
- Mentor junior team members, review automation code, and promote automated testing best practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ solutions and related integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, custom scripting, pricing customization, product configuration, advanced approvals, quote templates, contracts, and renewals.
- Experience with API testing using Postman and SoapUI.
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing methodologies.
- Experience testing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Automated testing experience using Selenium or similar frameworks.
- Integration experience with Workato or Informatica, including API-led integration and middleware error handling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or equivalent Salesforce certification.
- Apttus CPQ certification or relevant CPQ implementation credentials.
- Preferred experience includes Oracle Fusion and CPQ integration, NICE CaaS or other contact center integrations, Akamai or WinSCP file transfer solutions, and middleware AI use cases.
