Responsibilities
- Design and deliver automated validation suites for PCIe, NVMe, and OCP compliance.
- Perform technical root-cause analysis across firmware and system layers using telemetry and logs.
- Own and scale regression infrastructure to improve test repeatability, coverage, and qualification speed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on risk assessments, quality metrics, and product readiness.
- Develop Python validation tools and scripts for power-loss, snapshot, and high-volume drive scenarios.
Requirements
- Proficiency in PCIe and NVMe protocols and strong understanding of SSD architecture and firmware-hardware interactions.
- Advanced Python programming skills and experience building or extending automated testing frameworks for embedded systems or storage products.
- Demonstrated experience debugging hardware/software interfaces and conducting structured root-cause analysis in a lab environment.
- Hands-on experience with validation tools such as LeCroy, DriveMaster, or OakGate.
- Ability to work primarily in-office from the Bangalore office.
