Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications across frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using full stack development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to minimize downtime.
- Use AI coding assistants daily for frontend, backend, API development, test generation, documentation, and AI-assisted code reviews.
- Integrate LLM APIs, intelligent automation, and AI-enhanced user experience patterns into applications.
- Evaluate and advocate for practical adoption of emerging AI tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Seven years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of API design and development.
- Experience with Git or comparable version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical applications.
- Experience integrating AI algorithms and models into applications.
- Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Flutter is preferred.
