Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, international IT teams, and business users to gather and refine requirements.
- Extend Power Platform solutions using C#/.NET custom development.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities across business functions.
- Ensure governance, security, and best practices in Power Platform usage.
- Provide second- and third-level support for Power Platform applications.
- Maintain documentation and user guides for developed solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end users and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows, approvals, and integrations.
- Experience extending solutions with C#/.NET.
- Working knowledge of Angular or modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
- Experience with API integrations and connectors.
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Familiarity with ALM, governance, and Power Platform environment strategy.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
- Exposure to enterprise IT environments and international teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
