Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training, presentations, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions for channel partners and customers.
- Gather customer and partner requirements, support technology selection, and provide technical recommendations.
- Design solutions, conduct architecture reviews, answer technical questions, and validate proof of concepts.
- Develop industry solutions, reference use cases, benchmark reports, and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including providing on-site support for critical incidents.
- Support solution design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution, and communicate customer feedback to product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, a related technical field, or a content/creative discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience in content production such as visual effects, advertising/creative production, or game development.
- Familiarity with generative media AI models for video, image, and audio generation.
- Experience deploying AI-powered content production pipelines in real-world production environments, including model evaluation and benchmarking.
- Excellent customer communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Deep knowledge of at least one industry such as film/TV, advertising, e-commerce, or gaming.
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements for Model-as-a-Service solutions, including cloud security and compliance experience.
- Strong customer focus, empathy, and ability to build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders.
