Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services using Kotlin and Java.
- Design and maintain microservices using Spring Boot or Quarkus.
- Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes using GitOps practices.
- Lead observability and monitoring using Grafana.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Drive incident resolution and production support.
- Mentor junior engineers and improve engineering practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- Strong experience with Kotlin and Java.
- Experience with Spring Boot or Quarkus, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Gradle, Grafana, Git, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, production support, incident management, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with architecture reviews, performance testing, security assessment, technical mentoring, and process improvement practices is desirable.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
