Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
- Lead technical design for enterprise AI solutions and integrate models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, cloud infrastructure, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues and product bugs at the code level, testing workarounds to remove delivery roadblocks.
- Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot systemic deployment blockers and communicate actionable field feedback.
- Own implementation strategy and technical delivery alongside customer-facing teams while influencing technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience with system design or reading code in Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Ability to diagnose ambiguous technical problems, develop architectural solutions, orchestrate specialized technical resources, and influence technical or executive stakeholders.
- Fluent German communication skills to support clients in the region are preferred.
- Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact are preferred.
