Responsibilities
- Design and build bespoke technical solutions for strategic customers and partners.
- Own custom engagements from scoping and architecture through delivery and deployment.
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into working prototypes and production-grade solutions.
- Bridge technical and business stakeholders in customer and partner engagements.
- Represent Synthesia’s technical capabilities in customer meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to feed customer insights into the roadmap.
- Identify repeatable patterns and help determine when bespoke solutions should become platform features.
- Lead at least three end-to-end custom engagements during the first 12 months.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping working software end to end.
- Comfort working across the stack or with APIs and integrations to deliver solutions quickly.
- Some exposure to customer or commercial contexts, such as startups, agencies, consulting, or projects with real users.
- Familiarity with enterprise technical integrations and vendor solutions.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate software development.
- Ability to learn new tools, APIs, and customer contexts rapidly.
- Strong communication skills with both technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers.
