Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales on technical pre-sales, discovery sessions, customer consultation, value demonstrations, and proof-of-concept execution.
  • Design, build, maintain, and deploy focused AI agents using Gracenote Video MCP Servers and agentic frameworks.
  • Translate customer environments and business workflows into integration architectures using Gracenote tools and resources.
  • Guide customer developers through technical adoption with code-level support, integration documentation, and JSON-RPC 2.0 implementation guidance.
  • Act as Customer Zero to test and validate new MCP tools and features before client rollout.
  • Represent customer requirements to product and engineering teams and influence product roadmaps and technical documentation.
  • Establish implementation SLAs and best practices for consistent delivery across global enterprise accounts.
  • Travel globally to customer sites for workshops, discovery sessions, and on-site technical support up to 40% of the time.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with agent creation, agentic deployment frameworks, MCP tooling, LLM tool use, and MCP primitives including Tools, Resources, and Prompts.
  • Practical experience with AWS Cognito for identity management, authentication, and secure API access control.
  • Experience with one or more of Google ADK, AWS Bedrock Agents, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Understanding of tool chaining, system prompt engineering, function calling across Gemini, Claude, and GPT, and step-level tracing or response evaluation.
  • Strong Python or TypeScript/Node.js experience for proof-of-concepts and B2B enterprise API integrations.
  • Experience connecting MCP clients and servers to managed foundation models through AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, or Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
  • Experience navigating enterprise security and privacy requirements, including OAuth/OIDC.
  • Familiarity with large-scale structured datasets, content discovery architectures, and search and recommendation engine mechanics.
  • Proven consultative leadership, stakeholder management, customer discovery, proof-of-concept delivery, and communication skills across executive and engineering audiences.
  • Familiarity with the CTV, streaming, and entertainment ecosystem is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites globally up to 40% of the time.
