Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into robust production implementation plans and setups.
- Lead rollouts of AI assistant workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Implement third-party integrations using APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendar, ticketing, and payment services.
- Develop TypeScript or Python glue code and features with testing, monitoring, and logging.
- Debug live production issues and deploy rapid fixes across calls, flows, and data.
- Build reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and scalable implementation best practices.
- Feed customer pain points, feature gaps, and recurring patterns back into product development.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience capturing customer requirements and translating them into production implementation plans.
- Proven experience building and deploying production workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails for AI applications.
- Deep understanding of LLM systems, including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, and failure modes.
- Hands-on experience with API and webhook integrations and authentication patterns such as OAuth and API keys.
- Strong coding skills, preferably in TypeScript or Python, plus testing, monitoring, and logging experience.
- Basic cloud deployment and observability experience for production debugging.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above is strongly preferred.
- Experience with voice or telephony integrations, workflow automation tools, SQL, monitoring/tracing, or GDPR/privacy is a bonus.
