Responsibilities
- Architect workload and service-management infrastructure.
- Hands-on develop critical infrastructure components.
- Create roadmaps for scalable and robust application infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and align stakeholders on critical projects.
- Investigate critical system issues, address root causes, and improve operational excellence.
- Technically guide teams using Java, AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Argo CD, and gRPC.
- Hire and develop technical leaders and top talent.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems within the last 3 years.
- Fluency in one or more of Java, Go, or Python.
- Experience with Amazon EKS and cloud computing using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- A proven track record of delivering mission-critical systems.
- Experience developing and growing senior individual contributors globally.
- Experience with machine-learning job deployment infrastructure such as Argo CD workflows.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes and gRPC.
- Deep understanding of operating system kernels and distributed systems such as Kafka, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency with ML infrastructure and deployment frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorRT, and Triton Backend.
