Base Salary
$105k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain processes for building and deploying scalable software-defined networking solutions on AWS.
- Enhance the Kubernetes compute platform with AWS networking features and improve service communication and management.
- Implement observability best practices using tools such as Splunk and Datadog for network monitoring.
- Act as an infrastructure product owner by gathering engineering feedback and developing solutions for AWS networking and cloud-native design needs.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in infrastructure and platform development and AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency in Python and understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration tools such as EKS and ECS.
- Understanding of AWS networking services and security features, including VPCs, security groups, NAT gateways, load balancers, Route 53, AWS Network Firewall, and AWS WAF.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Understanding of API Gateway solutions for secure and scalable API management.
- Strong product and user-centric mindset and commitment to continuous system improvement.
