Base Salary
$98k - $317k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and hands-on develop bespoke agentic AI solutions using Agentforce and integrations with complex enterprise systems.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered agents using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, and security across deployed solutions.
- Configure, customize, and develop on the Salesforce platform to support agentic solutions.
- Design data models and build processing, data integration, and analytics solutions for AI applications.
- Resolve complex technical blockers involving agent orchestration and data integration throughout solution delivery.
- Lead custom Agentforce agent development and influence future product enhancements based on customer and field insights.
- Travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time as needed.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality, scalable production solutions end to end.
- Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Apex, JavaScript, or Python, with deep object-oriented programming and database knowledge.
- Experience building applications with React, Angular, or LWC.
- Extensive experience integrating LLMs, developing agentic systems, and using AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing, plus expertise in prompt engineering, advanced RAG strategies, and LLM or agent-workflow evaluation and testing.
- Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics using platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Experience with automated unit and functional testing, test strategy, and automation framework design.
- Strong collaboration, innovation, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include significant Salesforce platform experience, contributions to open-source AI frameworks or libraries, advanced Salesforce certifications, professional Apex, JavaScript, or Python experience, and experience with voice systems and speech APIs.
