Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications using React, Vue, Python, and Node.js.
- Own the software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Build agentic workflows and MCP-based integrations, including tool and function integration, orchestration, and multi-step workflows.
- Develop LLM API and RAG applications using embeddings and vector search.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and clients to shape and implement product features.
- Write documented, testable code; review code; mentor junior engineers; and improve engineering practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services securely and efficiently.
- Drive continuous delivery and DevOps improvements, including cloud infrastructure as code, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Deep knowledge of modern frontend frameworks including React and Vue, and backend technologies including Python and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems and working with MCPs, tool and function integration, orchestration, and multi-step agent workflows.
- Proficiency with GraphQL and experience with relational, graph, and vector databases, plus data platforms such as Databricks.
- Experience deploying applications to cloud environments, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Ability to work independently in collaborative teams with strong communication skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is desirable.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model integration or data engineering workflows is desirable.
- Interest in mentoring and developing engineering talent is desirable.
