Responsibilities
- Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s).
- Coach junior Solutions Architects on use case prioritization.
- Influence stakeholders through complex engagements with the cloud ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and adoption of the platform.
- Contribute to technical community engagement by leading workshops and seminars.
Requirements
- Experience in complex customer interactions in a technical pre-sales capacity.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Prior coding experience in a core programming language (Python, Java, Scala).
- Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms.
- Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs.
