Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architecture teams to drive client engagement.
- Plan and execute integration engineering from architecture to code implementation.
- Explain technical concepts and Stripe's functionalities to clients.
- Educate users and the developer community on Stripe's value proposition.
- Act as the primary technical contact for major users and partners.
- Stay updated on new Stripe technologies and showcase thought leadership.
- Provide feedback and best practices to product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to the development of Professional Services methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience in technical consulting or engineering roles.
- Comfortable with code-level debugging for both Stripe and user code.
- Experience with enterprise-level systems and third-party API integration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrates ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
- Willingness to accommodate light travel for customer on-sites.
