Responsibilities
- Lead technical and product demos during pre and post sales cycles.
- Manage ongoing client relationships by understanding their business and technical needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new product features.
- Act as a client advocate, providing feedback to internal teams.
- Communicate client requirements to the Sales Team.
- Explain APIs and create compelling technical demos.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in a client-facing or technical role.
- 5+ years experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or financial services.
- Prior experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales capacities.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and projects.
- Experience with web services, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, and SDKs.
- Development experience with Javascript, Typescript, Python, or similar technologies.
- Exceptional professionalism and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
