Responsibilities
- Lead technical and business discovery using LSP-native vocabulary.
- Translate complex LSP challenges into scalable project44 solutions.
- Serve as the authority on project44's value for LSPs.
- Own the integration story in every deal, scoping and demonstrating API connections.
- Conduct hands-on API prototyping and technical validation.
- Build and present LSP-specific ROI models.
- Design and deliver customized demos and value assessments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
- Partner with LSP Account Executives to develop account strategies.
- Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers to elevate team performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operational or technical experience at a 3PL, 4PL, or managed transportation provider.
- Fluency in LSP-specific processes and terminology.
- Proven track record leading complex integration or operational projects.
- Hands-on experience with major TMS platforms.
- Ability to work directly with APIs and interpret technical documentation.
- Comfortable with light scripting or query writing for demo customization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
