Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize production-ready image and video generation pipelines, including generation, inpainting, upscaling, style transfer, conditioning, and post-processing.
- Develop agentic workflows, MCP servers, APIs, and microservices to orchestrate and serve generative AI capabilities at scale.
- Build prompt management systems, structured prompting strategies, consistency mechanisms, and quality gates for visual outputs.
- Integrate multimodal and vision-language models for image understanding, tagging, captioning, and quality pre-screening.
- Implement and maintain ML architecture, pipelines, and applications supporting generative-model training and inference in production.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, creative, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Evaluate new generative AI technologies, models, and vendors through proof-of-concept studies.
- Champion full-stack algorithm engineering and production engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience building or operationalizing image generation systems, including diffusion models or multimodal pipelines.
- Working familiarity with image and video generation models and orchestration patterns.
- Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, VS Code Copilot, Claude Code, or Gemini.
- Experience designing agentic workflows or AI orchestration systems using LangGraph, ADK, A2A, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python and practical experience with PyTorch and/or Hugging Face for model serving, fine-tuning support, and inference optimization.
- Strong background in scalable RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and high-availability distributed systems.
- Proficiency with Docker, container orchestration, cloud-native services, cloud-based AI infrastructure, and Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and automated code quality standards.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include video-generation or fashion, retail, e-commerce, and virtual try-on experience; fine-tuning workflow tooling with LoRA, DreamBooth, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, or textual inversion; computer vision or LLM evaluation experience; prompt engineering at scale; creative design tools; and Airflow or dbt experience.
