Base Salary
$200k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and steward engineering best practices while mentoring other engineers.
- Analyze and solve complex problems spanning multiple user personas and workflows.
- Build and scale services and user-facing web applications.
- Develop customer-centric, scalable, and performant applications and features.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT processes.
- Build new data integrations from established requirements.
- Perform data analysis to investigate and resolve data issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building precise and scalable distributed systems using strong engineering practices.
- 2+ years of recent experience building low-latency trading systems at scale.
- Ideally, a B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or a related engineering or mathematics field.
- Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Postgres, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to mentor engineers, solve complex technical problems, and communicate effectively.
