Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements and act as the liaison between business and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into scalable Oracle APEX solutions and lead application design, solution architecture, and ER data modeling.
- Architect enterprise applications using REST integrations, automation, scheduled jobs, human workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, forms, and data management.
- Implement SSO authentication, role-based authorization, AOP reporting, QR code scanning, geolocation services, AI-powered features, and other advanced APEX capabilities.
- Define scalable, secure, high-performance development practices and ensure WCAG accessibility and security standards.
- Lead and mentor APEX developers and technical leads, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards.
- Manage stakeholders and recommend optimal technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle APEX development and architecture.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS integration and its ecosystem.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, REST services, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SSO, authentication, and role-based access control.
- Experience building enterprise-grade applications using modern Oracle APEX features.
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Preferred: experience with AI integrations in enterprise applications, knowledge of OCI, AWS, or Azure, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and Oracle certifications in APEX or related technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
