Base Salary
$70k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, author, and optimize LLM evaluation prompts within Five9 AQM.
- Collaborate with customers to define evaluation scope and criteria during AQM implementations.
- Select and analyze call samples to validate prompt performance.
- Maintain a structured prompt library, managing the prompt lifecycle.
- Work with QA and Implementation teams to integrate prompt outputs into QM workflows.
- Identify and debug prompt failure patterns using structured techniques.
- Contribute to the development of prompt engineering standards and documentation.
- Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating prompt capabilities to prospective customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Speech Analytics Analyst or similar role.
- Demonstrable prompt engineering skills with a portfolio of work.
- Strong understanding of contact center Quality Management processes.
- Experience in selecting and analyzing call samples for model validation.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured evaluation logic.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing or professional services environment.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
