Responsibilities
- Design and deliver performant, reliable, intuitive, production-grade AI agents
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments
- Work directly with enterprise and startup leaders to understand business challenges and build scalable solutions
- Surface customer needs, prototype tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams
- Develop agents for personalization, experimentation, content discovery, telecommunications troubleshooting, and voice experiences
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
- Builder’s and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Excitement about helping leading brands build customer loyalty
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production is advantageous
- Founder or founding-engineer experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with AI agent evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering is advantageous
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is advantageous
- Previous customer-facing roles or leadership of technical projects with external stakeholders is advantageous
