Base Salary
$85k - $90k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, prototype, design, and implement data migration and conversion tools.
- Develop test scripts and deployment timelines with the project team.
- Perform system integration of data migration solutions for customers.
- Design and implement SQL queries and database solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and support and triage customer integration issues.
- Create and modify project quality strategies and evaluate software quality through load, stress, unit, and exploratory testing.
- Summarize findings in reports and other written artifacts.
- Validate and deliver data migration solutions with customers against contract deliverables.
- Collaborate with customers to translate business needs and end-user expectations into technical solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 3+ years of experience in software disciplines, including systems integration, software engineering, product development, system test, system support, or information technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical and software development experience, including C#, XML, Python, and .NET technologies, is preferred.
- Hands-on SQL database design experience with MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Strong SQL query design and implementation experience.
- Understanding of object-oriented coding and design, including participation in code reviews and feedback.
- Solid networking understanding and strong communication skills with customers.
- Experience with Agile software development, project management, or business analysis practices is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance required by government customers.
- Legal authorization to work in the US indefinitely is required.
Benefits
- Target base salary is $85,000–$90,000 USD.
