Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain NLP and Generative AI applications, agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations.
- Design and implement MCP servers connecting LLM applications to internal databases, APIs, and knowledge bases.
- Deploy and operate applications across OpenShift, Azure, and AWS using Docker and GitHub Actions workflows.
- Develop AI-driven security tools, integrate applications with SIEM systems, and ensure scalability, resilience, authentication, security, and monitoring.
- Set technical direction and architectural standards for MCP development, AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations.
- Lead architectural reviews, define AI strategy and technical roadmaps, make high-impact design decisions, and mentor team members.
- Perform root-cause analysis for production issues and manage risks, assumptions, and constraints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years of AI/ML experience.
- Expert-level Python proficiency for production systems and deep experience building and deploying NLP or Generative AI applications.
- Proven experience with vector databases, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and complex multi-system AI architectures.
- Expert-level experience with Model Context Protocol servers for enterprise data integration.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on Anthropic Claude API and SDK experience, or equivalent production LLM experience.
- Advanced proficiency with FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Advanced prompt engineering experience, including multi-step reasoning, prompt caching, cost optimization, Anthropic Skills, and agent orchestration patterns.
- Solid understanding of OpenShift, Azure, AWS, SOAP, Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, Redis, and JSON-RPC.
- Experience leading or architecting large-scale AI/ML projects from conception through production.
- Preferred qualifications include MLOps experience, service mesh and API gateway architectures, AWS or Azure certifications, SIEM integration familiarity, security incident management knowledge, and containerization experience.
