Base Salary
$131k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead design discussions and planning for major features and new solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and onboarding support to less experienced engineers and new hires.
- Review team code for security practices, coding standards, and release acceptance criteria.
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable software.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, troubleshoot errors and logs, and develop solutions.
- Drive requirements discussions based on value delivered to internal and external customers.
- Help establish coding standards and improve code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
- At least 7 years of programming experience.
- Azure Certified Developer Associate and Azure Certified Architect Expert certifications.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong object-oriented programming, software design, architectural patterns, reusable library, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with C#, PowerShell, VB .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Atlassian Jira, Azure services, and modern web frameworks.
- Experience troubleshooting errors, analyzing log data, and understanding cloud elasticity, security, and identity management.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, communicate issues, influence decisions, prioritize work, and learn new technologies.
- Preferred: experience with internal SaaS management platforms, control-plane technologies, infrastructure-as-code, cloud deployment orchestration, SDKs, authentication and authorization, and Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification.
