Base Salary
$212k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical strategy for pricing and availability backend systems.
- Lead the development and optimization of core pricing and availability products.
- Collaborate with product engineers and cross-functional partners on new host pricing functionality.
- Contribute to the long-term backend system architecture within the Host Pricing organization.
- Establish architectural standards and mentor senior engineers to enhance technical maturity.
Requirements
- 9+ years of engineering experience with a BS/MS or PhD in CS or similar.
- Proven track record of leading teams and launching high-impact product features.
- Expertise with backend systems in large-scale service-oriented architectures.
- Experience influencing cross-functional partners and engineering teams.
- Good judgment in balancing short-term business needs with long-term technical quality.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and production debugging abilities.
