Responsibilities
- Develop Scala systems across frontend, backend, and integration components.
- Plan workflows and optimize processes while supporting quality assurance.
- Implement customer requirements and design new features.
- Analyze and design overall technical solutions.
- Participate in daily collaboration with the team and support full lifecycle delivery.
- Contribute hands-on coding and help deliver major IT solutions.
- Travel to client sites anywhere in the UK when required.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in the IT industry.
- Full-stack or backend technical experience with Scala, Java, .NET, or C#.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle and ability to code within projects.
- Previous involvement in developing and delivering major IT solutions.
- Curiosity about exploring new technologies and understanding of agile tools and techniques.
- Mentoring or project team-leading experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and ambition to develop professionally.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel to UK client sites when needed.
