Base Salary
$150k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage Digital Marketing client engagements and lead software development lifecycle activities including estimation, design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Lead the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of AEM web and mobile solutions and enterprise digital platforms.
- Provide technical guidance to AEM developers on front-end and back-end development best practices.
- Oversee server environment configuration, clustering, caching, CDN usage, security, and engineering excellence practices.
- Lead project teams of 10 or more Sitecore/AEM developers across onsite and remote global locations.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, product owners, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts, and end users.
- Develop implementation collateral and strategies aligned with business needs, long-term objectives, and creative design.
- Perform hands-on coding when necessary and support governance, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- At least 7 years of experience as a software developer, technical architect, or in a similar technology or IT consulting occupation.
- At least 7 years of development experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JSS.
- At least 6 years of experience with Sitecore products and formats, including XM Cloud or its predecessors, Content Hub, Active Commerce/uCommerce, Personalize, and/or SXA.
- At least 6 years of experience performing data migration in Sitecore.
- At least 6 years of experience configuring and integrating modern search solutions including Solr, Coveo, and Sitecore Search or predecessors.
- At least 6 years of experience with governance principles, security and compliance standards, and Sitecore best practices.
- At least 2 years of experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure for enterprise-scale deployments.
- At least 4 years of experience leading and managing developers on Sitecore implementations.
