Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and support enterprise applications, SharePoint solutions, Power Platform solutions, workflows, integrations, reports, and related business systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server sites, forms, components, workflows, lists, libraries, portals, and collaboration solutions.
- Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards and reports, Dataverse solutions, Power Pages solutions, and AI Builder capabilities.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, web services, custom connectors, Azure, SQL Server, Boomi, and third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain SQL Server objects, stored procedures, queries, reporting solutions, performance optimizations, and SSIS data integration processes.
- Develop and support Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, and API Management solutions and participate in cloud modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing platforms, support business-critical operations, follow governance and security standards, and collaborate with stakeholders and senior technical staff.
- Contribute to peer reviews, testing, deployment readiness, technical documentation, knowledge articles, risk escalation, and operational support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application development, workflow development, systems integration, or programmer/analyst roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and XSL/XSLT.
- Hands-on experience developing custom SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server solutions, including forms, components, administration, and configuration.
- Working proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Builder.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, web services, custom connectors, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise application integrations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures, database design, optimization, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Team Foundation Server.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations, business-critical applications, application modernization, workflow automation, and stakeholder-led solution delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, documentation, customer-service, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Boomi, K2, Nintex, IntApp Intake, Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence frameworks, Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI technologies, Application Lifecycle Management practices, and Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications.

- Annual compensation range of $140,000–$170,000.
