Base Salary
$130k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build custom customer solutions using the Neara SDK, platform APIs, TypeScript/JavaScript, and the platform’s declarative scripting language.
- Develop visualizations, calculations, data-analysis features, user-interface elements, workflow automation, and integrations with external enterprise systems.
- Serve as the primary technical architect and trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers.
- Translate customer business needs into technical designs and implementation strategies.
- Lead hands-on training and workshops covering the Neara SDK, API, and custom-development best practices.
- Lead configuration, reporting, and data-integration efforts aligned with customer environments and priorities.
- Collaborate with adjacent teams to identify customer needs and strategic opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
- Experience as a Software Engineer or Forward-Deployed Engineer delivering custom enterprise technical solutions, ideally with direct customer or consulting experience.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python.
- Proficiency with Git, Node, npm, and terminal or command-line development tools.
- Ability to rapidly learn proprietary SDKs and RESTful APIs following the OpenAPI Specification.
- Experience with data analysis, data integration, and building tailored tools such as macros and data pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to engineers and executives and driving consensus.
