Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and deployment of IT and Telco Cloud platforms for Ericsson and third-party solutions.
- Define cloud project implementation solutions and assess impacts and feasibility of deployment requirements.
- Perform software installation, configuration preparation, product integration, and service and data migration.
- Lead coding, scripting, automation tool development, and customer adaptations using Python and Java.
- Support pre-sales activities through technical cost estimation and solution analysis.
- Define User Acceptance Tests, present solutions to customers, and lead team discussions.
- Lead global technical teams and promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's-level academic degree in Computer Science or Engineering, including IT or Telecom.
- Minimum 6–7 years of programming experience with OpenStack-related products or IT/Telco Cloud system deployment and testing.
- Experience with Linux administration, including Red Hat, CentOS, or Ubuntu, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with Python and Java; Linux-related development is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud and virtualization techniques and market standards.
- Experience with OpenStack and familiarity with KVM, Xen, or VMware is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, end-to-end technical understanding, presentation, communication, team leadership, analytical, learning, and research skills.
