Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize cloud-native applications, enterprise APIs, and AI-powered solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Build scalable applications using Python-based frameworks and modern full-stack technologies.
- Design and implement REST APIs, GraphQL services, microservices, enterprise integrations, and API management solutions.
- Manage API lifecycle activities including security, governance, versioning, and platform implementation.
- Develop cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, distributed applications, automation frameworks, and engineering accelerators.
- Apply AI/ML and generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Collaborate with data science, cloud, DevOps, platform, architecture, security, and development teams to operationalize solutions and meet enterprise governance standards.
- Support cloud modernization involving containers, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Design and execute proof-of-concepts, pilots, and innovation use cases for API, cloud, and AI transformation programs.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, dashboards, and solution recommendations, and provide client-facing technical advisory support.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in cloud engineering, enterprise application development, API engineering, and full-stack development.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, distributed systems, containers, event-driven architectures, DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and engineering automation.
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, generative AI, modern application development, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask, Django, React.js, Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, API management platforms, event-driven systems, messaging platforms, containers, orchestration, DevOps automation, relational databases, NoSQL databases, vector databases, observability, application performance monitoring, logging, security monitoring, and site reliability practices.
- Experience working in client-facing advisory, consulting, or enterprise engineering roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and solution recommendation skills.
