Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables.
- Design, identify, and implement reusable technical assets and components.
- Identify root causes and provide technical solutions and implementation.
- Review and improve processes and deliver proofs of concept.
- Develop Oracle EBS RICE components, integrations, reports, workflows, and related technical solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, high-level designs, low-level designs, and deployment documents.
- Mentor team members and implement development best practices.
- Support data migration and integration of Oracle modules with third-party applications.
- Communicate technical and functional issues and solutions in highly escalated situations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical experience, including at least 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills and experience developing complex Oracle EBS RICE components.
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle RDBMS, OTBI reports and analytics, and BI Publisher templates.
- Experience with data migration and integration of Oracle modules with third-party applications.
- Experience with web services and REST Services integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Workflows or OAF; awareness of SOA is a plus.
- Ability to gather requirements and create functional, high-level, low-level, and deployment design documents.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a CMMI environment, multi-domain expertise, other integration tools, and Oracle certification are preferred or advantageous.
