Responsibilities
- Understand requirements from product managers.
- Help leads and architects prepare design documents.
- Code, test, and deploy Boomi interfaces.
- Code, test, and deploy Activiti BPM workflows.
- Create Groovy scripts for Boomi integrations and Activiti workflows.
- Create automated test scripts for Boomi iPacks.
- Own technical delivery for assigned projects within timelines and quality standards.
- Work with the team on development tasks and collaborate with UKG Product Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of industry experience, including 12–18 months of Boomi experience on production projects.
- Experience designing and developing integrations with the Boomi AtomSphere integration platform.
- Experience with Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and web service design.
- Experience creating interfaces for upstream and downstream applications.
- Basic Java programming knowledge.
- Analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent spoken English and written communication skills.
- Advanced backend Java development, Groovy scripting, Activiti BPM, Boomi external certification, HCM domain knowledge, and Boomi API-management experience are additional advantages or highly desired.
