Responsibilities
- Scope, define, and design end-to-end technical solution offerings for customers.
- Analyze customer technology and business requirements and participate in risk analysis.
- Collaborate with core teams to identify potential activities and solutions.
- Develop technical presentations, conduct workshops, and deliver customer presentations.
- Provide feedback to R&D on product improvements.
- Generate potential business opportunities and support commercially viable solutions.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
- Share information about new technologies and solutions to build customer competency.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or ICT, or equivalent.
- Experience in technical roles such as Integration Engineer, Software Developer, or Solution Architect.
- Significant experience in cloud fulfilment, MANO, cloud technologies, and interaction with C-level customers.
- Significant experience in OSS transformation, cloud, and NFVI, with secondary knowledge of RAN, PS/CS CORE, and IP/MPLS.
- Strong knowledge of IT/OSS areas including orchestration, fulfilment, inventory, automation, and catalog solutions.
- Adept experience with Linux and programming languages or technologies including SQL and UNIX.
- Experience with ENM, ENIQ, OMBS, and VIO is an advantage.
- Knowledge of OpenStack is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
