Responsibilities
- Scope, define, and design end-to-end technical solution offerings for customers.
- Analyze customer technology and business requirements and participate in risk analysis.
- Develop technical presentations, conduct workshops, and deliver customer presentations.
- Translate customer needs and technology opportunities into technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
- Provide product improvement feedback to R&D and generate potential business for Ericsson.
- Lead or contribute to knowledge transfer, documentation, information sharing, and customer competence-building activities.
- Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE inventory processes and define HLD/LLD architectures.
- Support solutions involving LTE OSS, stretched clusters, disaster recovery, and Telco Cloud migrations.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or ICT, or equivalent.
- Experience in technical roles such as Integration Engineer, Software Developer, or Solution Architect.
- Significant experience in Cloud fulfillment/MANO, cloud technologies, and interaction with C-level customers.
- Significant experience in OSS transformation, Cloud, and NFVI, with secondary knowledge of RAN, PS/CS CORE, or IP/MPLS.
- Knowledge of IT/OSS areas including orchestration, fulfillment, inventory, automation, and catalogs, plus adept Linux experience.
- Expertise in telecom OSS/BSS, EMS/NMS, network rollout, and legacy-to-next-generation modernization.
- Proven experience leading customer workshops and defining high-level and low-level designs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- SQL and UNIX programming knowledge; ENM, ENIQ, OMBS, VIO, and OpenStack knowledge are advantageous.
