Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design and integrate solutions across enterprise technology stacks, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Build front-end and back-end enterprise applications using AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools.
- Develop, debug, document, and integrate full-stack application components.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable solutions using AI-assisted productivity and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
