Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications and support architectural initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Drive architectural governance, platform convergence, and engineering planning across feature delivery initiatives.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and mentor development staff.
- Guide teams on technical decisions, engineering quality, reliability, scaling, and successful product delivery.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
- Communicate technical direction and feedback to executive leadership, stakeholders, peers, and development teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 7 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing and implementing or enhancing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Significant experience in analytical systems engineering, design, and implementation.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Preferred fluency in DevOps concepts and experience with application monitoring and performance assessment tools.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
